Human Environment Interaction of Nigeria
Most threats to endemic and endangered species in Nigeria are largely influenced by the destruction of habitat by widespread forest clearance. few of these endemic species are:
-Cercopithecus sclateri: Also known as Sclater's Guegon, Sclater's Monkey, and the White-Throated Gueon, this primate is unique to southern Nigeria. It is categorized as vulnerable on the endangered species list.

Human Environment Interaction of Algeria, Niger, and Tanzania
Algeria's main environmental problem is advancement of the desert onto the northern section of the country. Algeria has other problems like water shortages and water pollution. Niger's main problem is depletion of vegetation. Other problems soil erosion and increasing desertification have also come up. One of Tanzania's major concerns is soil degradation as a result of recent droughts. The nation's land is also affected by the related problem of desertification.
Human Environment Interaction of Egypt and Ethiopia
Drought and famine are problems in Ethiopia and are caused by erosion due to the over cultivation of coffee. People drastically change the climate and landscape of Egypt. The few lands left for cattle are being over grazed causing desertification. Other things that cause desertification in Egypt are the burning of fuels and rising population levels.
